Phase 1 – Strategy

In the first strategy phase your company is a assigned an influencer expert.  This is someone who is embedded in the social space/Youtube community and lives and breathes all things influencer marketing.  

This influencer expert will sit down with your team to understand your goals and targets and then devizes a comprehensive plan based off your needs.   This could result in an experiential, video, social promotion (there are many ways it could go) 

In this stage Hashtag Communications would go over who would be the best fit, narrow down lists and come up with an influencer budget. It’s my our to pick the perfect ambassadors to represent your company and flag the influencers we have built up leverage with over the years which in turn will save the company money. 

Phase 2 – Execution 

After the strategy is built out the Hashtag Communications Inc. team helps execute every step of the way.  This includes: 

Calling Influencers

Debriefing them

Negotiating Rates

Sending over service agreements

Email / Phone calls corresponding with them regarding their questions.

Making sure basic logistics are covered i.e transportation 

Providing the influencers with upfront funds if the activation is campaign based

Provide legal for client 

Provide legal for influencer

Providing measurement tools (depending on how data focused the client and strategy is)

Wrangling the influencers if activation is on site

Boosting the social posts of the influencers through Twitter/Facebook/Instagram/Youtube Pre-roll/Adwords

Contacting Traditional Media to cover and help bring even more exposure (if needed)
